Important Notes:

ALL volunteers who are not the parent or legal guardian of a current Osborn student are required to have a Fingerprint Clearance Card on file with the school in order to volunteer at any Osborn school. If you do not yet have a Fingerprint Clearance Card, click here to acquire one

Volunteer applications are approved by the principal at each school. If you intend to volunteer at multiple schools, you will have to complete the application form once per school.
