Ages

Students who turn 3 by the 1st of September

Students who turn 4 by the 1st of September and will enroll in Kindergarten the following school year

Locations

Encanto Elementary (1420 W Osborn Rd): 3- and 4-Year Olds, Dual Language English & Spanish Program

Longview Elementary (1209 E Indian School Rd): 4-Year-Olds Only, Dual Language English & Spanish Program

Solano Elementary (1526 W Missouri Ave): 3- and 4-Year-Olds, English Only

Schedule

Monday (All Schools): 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Tuesday (All Schools): 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Wednesday (Encanto/Longview): 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Wednesday (Solano): 8:00 am - 12:45 pm

Thursday (All Schools): 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Friday (All Schools): 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Tuition

The Osborn Preschool Program is a DES-Certified Provider that accepts DES Childcare Subsidies at all locations.

  • Longview/Solano: Tuition-based program which also offers grant-based scholarships. Scholarships are first-returned first-served, based on full completion and income criteria, and are limited in number.
  • Encanto: Tuition based program which also accepts Quality First Scholarships. Scholarships are first-returned first-served, based on full completion and income criteria, and are limited in number. Registration and scholarship applications are part of the online registration process and can be filled out to determine eligibility. 

Verification of household size, income, or public assistance forms will be required if you are applying for a scholarship. 

Scholarship programs have minimum attendance requirements in order to maintain scholarship eligibility.

Priority consideration is given to families and students based on criteria that may include the following but are not limited to: living within Osborn School District boundaries, siblings who attend Osborn Schools, individuals with special needs, and families receiving McKinney-Vento support.
