Tuition

The Osborn Preschool Program is a DES-Certified Provider that accepts DES Childcare Subsidies at all locations.

• Longview/Solano: Tuition-based program which also offers grant-based partial scholarships. Scholarships are first-returned first-served, based on full completion and income criteria, and are limited in number.
• Encanto: Tuition based program which also offers partial scholarships awarded through Quality First. Scholarships are first-returned first-served, based on full completion and income criteria, and are limited in number. Registration and scholarship applications are part of the online registration process and can be filled out to determine eligibility. 

Verification of household size, income, or public assistance forms will be required if you are applying for a scholarship. 

Scholarship programs have minimum attendance requirements in order to maintain scholarship eligibility.

Priority consideration is given to families and students based on criteria that may include the following but are not limited to: living within Osborn School District boundaries, siblings who attend Osborn Schools, individuals with special needs, and families receiving McKinney-Vento support.
